Scope of SSEPL

Vision: SSEPL would become a Core of Relevance and Centre of Excellence in Soft Skill Training to contribute to socio-economic development of Orissa through Research, productivity improvements, education, pedagogy, and training all social groups of Orissa that make up its current and future workforce.

Goal Oriented Activities: SSEPL would constitute, develop, and use its social laboratory, language laboratory, communication laboratories, R&D, and combine with field work, to frame strategies and training content suitable to dropouts, school children, women change agents, housewives, informal and organized workforce from traditional and modern engineering, grass root service providers, and knowledge workers in the services sector to improve marketability and productivity.
